公司是一家专业从事高集成度芯片设计和高性能GNSS核心算法研发的高科技公司，公司总部设在北京。目前公司拥有近百名研发人员，70%以上为国内外知名院校的博士和硕士，多人拥有多年的海外同行业开发经验。

职位名称：高级射频工程师

任职条件：
Must have必要条件
1、At least Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or related discipline至少本科学历,电气工程或相关专业
2、Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in the RF systems engineering development最低8 - 10年射频系统工程发展的专业经验
3、Familiar with RF simulation tools, like ADS.熟悉射频仿真工具，例如ADS。
4、Familiar to use relevant equipments, like Vector Network Analyzer and Spectrum Analyzer, etc.熟悉使用相关设备,如矢量网络分析仪、频谱分析仪等。
5、Successful GNSS (or GPS) product design experience有成功的GNSS(或GPS)产品设计经验
6、Ability to work withself-motivation and high level of analytical skills要有自我激励和高水平分析技巧的工作能力
Preferred to have优先条件
1. Be willing to travel for short periods接受短期出差的
2. Some knowledge about communications, like WiFi, GSM, BT, or other short distance wireless communications.Quality control experience is a plus.要了解一些通信的知识,像WiFi,GSM,BT或其他短距离无线通信。有质量控制经验者优先。
3. Some experience with embedded system manufacturing regulations (e.g. EMC, EMI, ESD)有相关嵌入式系统制造规则经验(如EMC、EMI、ESD。)
4. Good communication skills in English and Chinese良好的中英文沟通技巧
5. Customer support experience有过客户支持经验

岗位职责
1、Design GNSS RF receiver with discrete components based on marketing requirements.基于市场需求的GNSS射频接收机分立元件的设计
2、Debug and fine-tune RF components and circuits performance, like LNA, mixer, synthesizer, PLL, AGC, and LC filter, etc..调试和优化射频元件和电路的性能,如低噪声放大器、混频器、合成器、PLL、AGC、LC滤波器等
3、Co-work with Baseband team in performance measurement and tuning.在性能测量和调优方面与基带团队协同工作
4、Evaluate RFIC performance评估射频性能
5、Support manufacturing and fix potential issues during mass production大规模生产期间支持制造和解决潜在的问题
6、Support customer in product design and problem solving在客户的产品设计和解决问题 ..
