[互助]hfss可以仿真光纤不？

电尺寸在um级，类似于同轴线的结构，只是纤芯和包层的材料是不同掺杂的石英。频率在200 tHz左右。频率比较高，但是对应的是微米级的电尺寸。
有没有大侠仿真过这样的结构？采用模式驱动还是本征模驱动？加波端口？
我曾尝试在两个断面上加波端口，采用模式驱动，仿真前检查通过了，但是仿真过程中出现错误。错误为：
