频率设置错误,个人认为 W!(zT6#  

你中心频率设置成800Thz，扫频设置成8——18GHz中心频率没有在扫频范围内，有两种改法一种是把中心频率该在8-18GHz以内 比如10GHz，另一种是把扫频该在包含中心频率的范围内。你模型的尺寸是纳米级的 估计频率在THz建议该扫频。

是的，但是即便设置到700——1000thz的扫频还是说Given the specified frequency and model dimensions,  an extremely large mesh will be required to produce an accurate solution.  Your model and/or frequency units may be set incorrectly，并且停在网格划分上，这怎么办啊

同感，遇到同样的情况，换１１或１２就ｏｋ了

我仿真天线的时候也出现了这种问题，我认为是模型的电尺寸太大了（我的模型接近30个波长），HFSS剖分会不会很困难... fV~~J2IK  
不知道你的这个问题解决了没有？
