[仿真]Bridging Circuits and Electromagnetics in a Curriculum aimed at Microelectronic

have led to electromagnetic effects being ubiquitous in >o1,Y&  
microelectronics for digital, analog, and RF applications at y&(pt!I  
the board, package, and chip levels. Classical curricula E1s~ +  
have tended to teach circuits and electromagnetics as two M.67[Qj~"u  
distinct areas. This paper presents courses at the University )fl+3!tq  
of Washington that aim to bridge the circuit-electromagnetic @^.o8+Pp  
gap by teaching electromagnetics top-down “on demand” L:\>)6]Ls  
i.e. at the level of complexity required for a given @a i2A|  
application rather than the bottom-up approach of classical o8X? 1
