[仿真]Simulation of Passive Microwave Penetration Features in Dry Medium

Abstract-The simulation of passive microwave penetration b,s T[!X[  
features in dry medium is very important to estimate the dry ;Lz96R@}  
medium thickness, especially to retrieve the lunar regolith ]mYY1%H8M  
thickness, which is one of the Chinese lunar exploration missions. 'sJYt^  
Based on layered dry medium model and radiative transfer Qq>M}  
equation, the microwave penetration features in dry medium are v\&Wb_;A  
studied in the paper. The results show that the microwave can X+iUT  
penetrate bigger depth in low frequencies than that in high mI}1si=$  
frequencies. There exists a maximum penetration thickness thmax(f) <D=U=5  
to every frequency, and thmax(f) declines sharply with the U"/":w ~  
increasing of frequency. The brightness temperature increases c\7~_w2  
monotonically with the dry medium thickness if the thickness is hbn2(e;FZ  
smaller than thmax(f). The dielectric constants of the dry medium *_@8v?  
play an important role in evaluating the microwave penetration $O=m/l$  
features. According to the results, a look-up table between dry ^hLAMaR  
medium thickness and brightness temperature is generated, which `O*+%/(  
provides a new and efficient way to extract the thickness of dry ,|}Pof=]xk
