The AWR SI design suite is a natural extension of the company's flagship Microwave Office® design suite into the realm of high-speed digital applications. 我的感覺好像不是這樣,因為我手上沒這些工具,也沒實際用過 AWR 的產品的經驗。

能否用更深入的角度來探討這兩個工具,Like 數值的方法的角度,或是他的極限等等。

我用 awr , 新的 8.0版本 有了 AXIEM , 我感觉他很像 一个 在某些方面特殊增强的一个 2.5D的 仿真软件。 增强的地方比如 cmos里面的 厚金属线的处理等。

awr 原来有 EMsight 作为 EM的仿真引擎,现在又多了一个强化版本而更有效的引擎AXIEM。

而 SI 从附上的文档看,我感觉它就是 awr ,没有什么大区别。 可是看来又是一个独立出来的产品,所以check了一下官方的信息 /。

我没有对 axiem做过很多的 比较标准的测试,用它仿真过,平面的准确度倒是还不错。不过说实话速度上都不如IE3D,不过有些优势的就是他 集成在 AWR 里面,可以进行电路联合仿真和优化。这一点有时候是有优势的。
