[数值]Microwave analog in open quantum dots

Abstract: Electrons in open quantum dots could be F4E3c4 81  
regarded as resonance of electron wave in a potential. The i4zV
(  
relationship between the wave function of quantum dots and the Qy5Os?9"  
electromagnetic wave in open resonance cavity was studied by [~c'|E8Q  
theoretically. On this base, the characters including transmission w&yGYHg  
function and distribution of field in corresponding open cavity "lz[zFnO  
were simulated by using electromagnetic code: HFSS (High lI_Yb:  
Frequency Structure Simulator). The simulation results agree xVkTRCh  
with the experimental results. This method could be used study ^M"z1B]
