Abstract: Electrons in open quantum dots could be MCAWn H  
regarded as resonance of electron wave in a potential. The qjsEyro$-  
relationship between the wave function of quantum dots and the w\RYxu?  
electromagnetic wave in open resonance cavity was studied by ;efF]")  
theoretically. On this base, the characters including transmission VGf&'nL@,  
function and distribution of field in corresponding open cavity VXnWY8\  
were simulated by using electromagnetic code: HFSS (High if?X^j0  
Frequency Structure Simulator). The simulation results agree mX%T"_^  
with the experimental results. This method could be used study tlM >=s'T
