By adding a loop to an exponentially flared dub%fs  
TEM horn and properly adjusting the loop structure, Ka|, qkb  
a TEM hom antenna with low-frequency _zF*S]9 X  
compensation is designed. The added loop structure, bz4TbGg]  
together with the hom a m , provide:an equivalent 9fQFsI  
magnetic-dipole moment at low frequency to }VI}O{  
combine with the electric-dipole moment formed 5*P+c(=  
between the two arms of the TEM hom. The lowfrequency
