This paper describes an approximation for the characteristic 19GF%+L ,  
impedance of noncoplanar fin antennas. The formulation is simple and :|5 m"X\  
enough accurate for practical applications. The error made by the -5og)ZGVUA  
approximation is less than + 2%, it has been proved to be effective by c$[2tZ  
stripline theory. The numerical results are good agreement to the 4qDO(YWf
