HFSS 求特性阻抗时  激励面waveport的位置和大小  应该怎么设置才算正确啊？我发现不同大小，位置的激励面，最后得出的结果也不一样 }SCM I4\

fast模式不适合超宽带，改成interpolating或者discrete，discrete最准但是太慢了
