Is there any methods to change the automaticly defined domain label number to user-defined domain la

I have encountered a problem in using comsolmultiphsics, the problem is that how to edit the domain labels when I use matlab to control the *.mph files?   It seems that the domain labels are generatedautomaticly when drawing a geometry. My question is that is there any methods tochange the automaticly defined domain label number to user-defined domainlabel?  And what are the realization p ..  a@mMa {
