[仿真]Simulation of Passive Microwave Penetration Features in Dry Medium

Abstract-The simulation of passive microwave penetration .CrahV1G  
features in dry medium is very important to estimate the dry 8Ay#6o  
medium thickness, especially to retrieve the lunar regolith RK"
dPr  
thickness, which is one of the Chinese lunar exploration missions. +anNpy  
Based on layered dry medium model and radiative transfer I)Lg=n$  
equation, the microwave penetration features in dry medium are GfL}f9  
studied in the paper. The results show that the microwave can waO*CjxE:  
penetrate bigger depth in low frequencies than that in high _%z)Y=Q  
frequencies. There exists a maximum penetration thickness thmax(f) r`B8Cik  
to every frequency, and thmax(f) declines sharply with the Ok2k; +l  
increasing of frequency. The brightness temperature increases !=|3^A  
monotonically with the dry medium thickness if the thickness is ^<[oKi;>  
smaller than thmax(f). The dielectric constants of the dry medium v[35C]gS  
play an important role in evaluating the microwave penetration kJHUaXM  
features. According to the results, a look-up table between dry )#IiHBF  
medium thickness and brightness temperature is generated, which b!<?,S  
provides a new and efficient way to extract the thickness of dry Qighvei
