[互助]有源和无源天线放在一起用什么软件来仿真

我现在想在微带天线里面加入一个二极管，三极管之类的有源电路，请问大家知不知道用什么软件来仿真啊。[ ,,.QfUj/&

A short dipole (approximately 1/3λ) is made resonant at 1.4 GHz using a simple LC matching section. The dipole is first constructed in CADFEKO and then the matching network is included using a non-radiating network defined in EDITFEKO. This example requires the S-parameters of the matching section to be computed successfully. The matching section S-parameters, pre-computed in a third-party tool, are provided in the Matching.s2p Touchstone file. Y@iS_lR  
The matching network is simply a 0.235 pF series capacitor and a 23.07 nH shunt inductor connected between the excitation and the dipole. TX/Xt7#R:

好像ADS能够仿真。

我想在天线的前端加入低噪声电路,并想看下天线加这些电路后的总的增益和方向图,但ADS原理图仿真不能进场分析啊

我也很想知道，因为我也在做这方面的工作，不知道能否知道下呢

那你就试一试CST吧，我没有试过。

CST是可以的！可以直接加载电容、电感，但CST软件作图不方便！

怎么加电容电感，能够详细点吗，我是菜鸟哈
