Do you check the mesh on that surface? Some time, you will find it is not uniform. Using curve to import HFSS is not best way, at least you will spend more time to calculate.

This is the only way I found ,hehe,in my ability

Just draw a series of short lines to replace that curve. The length of lines matches the size of mesh. You can do it in SolidWorks or other drafting software and then import it into HFSS. It is my way to do this in HFSS.

I tried doing it in SolidWorks ,but I can't find the way to draw function plot  in it .Can you tell me how to draw the curve following the function?

就是用一系列短线来逼近曲线。短线的长度与网格的尺寸大致相等。这样画出的网格会比较大小均匀。用SolidWorks画会方便些，画好模型后可直接输入到HFSS中。

这里的网格是指HFSS里的吗？如果在solidworks里怎么确定网格长度，这个值是确定的？

网格的长度大约是波长的10分之一或再小些。是指HFSS中的网格。SOLIDWORKS只是用来产生模型。你也可以直接在HFSS中画。
