Call For Papers
The International Electron Devices and Materials Symposium (IEDMS) 2011 will be held at Taiwan Tech (National Taiwan University of Science and Technology [NTUST]) in Taipei, Taiwan. It will take place Thursday and Friday 17-18 November 2011. The main themes of 2011 IEDMS are “Green Technology and Optoelectronic Integrated Circuits”; topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

Sustainable Energy Devices
Solar cells, Thermoelectric devices, Energy conversion devices
Integrated Circuits and Packaging Technologies
3-D ICs and packaging, Low power consumption ICs, Power devices, Novel memory
