We are delighted to invite you to submit a paper to the 2nd ICWITS Conference to be held October 17-21, in Beijing , China. The inaugural 2010 ICWITS was held in Honolulu, Hawaii, and its co-sponsorship by three IEEE Societies including AP-S, MTT-S and the ComSoc, provided a unique interdisciplinary technical program that was praised and admired by funding agencies and research organizations.

Topics in this conference may be in focused area of interest to one of the three sponsoring IEEE Societies, but papers that describe joint effort and interdisciplinary research in the area of wireless technology and systems are highly encouraged for presentation in this conference. As may be noted from the attached conference flyer, we are also soliciting proposals for short courses and workshops to be presented in conjuction with the conference. We hope that you will decide to join us and continue this initiated tradition of hosting the conference alternatively between Honolulu, Hawaii, and Beijing , China Please don't hesitate to contact any of us listed in the the following Call for papers if you have questions or if we can be of assistance.

Introduction
"2011 IEEE International Conference on Wireless Information Technology and Systems ICWITS" is sponsored by four IEEE societies, Antennas and Propagation, Communications, Microwave Technology and Vehicular Technology. It is a sequential of 2010 IEEE ICWITS, which was held in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. The conference will be held in October 2011, in Beijing, China. It will be an informative conference with stimulating technical sessions, workshops and short courses. All scientists, engineers, and students who are interested in antennas, propagation modeling, RF devices and systems, communications, signal processing, wireless internet, aerospace network and cyber-physical system are welcomed to IEEE ICWITS.
