problem may causing crashing for special cases.

• A bug is fixed in TriPatch object. The angle is supposed to be in
degree while it was in rad. It is fixed now.
* IE3D 12.25 (10/2/07):
• MGRID: fixing a bug for .cur file directory in near field calculation.
• MODUA: fixing a bug saving file in differential conversion.
• IE3DLIBRARY: fixing a bug for annular slice.
* IE3D and AGIF 12.24 (9/17/07):
• MGRID, ADIX and AGIF: Fixing coupled GDSII import problem with new
path type and integer overflows. Fixing a problem with missing polygons
for AEC in meshing.
• ZDS/ZDM: Fixing some problem with space in path name.

simultaneously; Fixing a bug in Import and Export of user defined
waveforms; Fixing a sorting problem in UserDefinedWaveform; Fixing a
problem causing singular matrix in out of phase excitation; Fixing a
crash in editing object if no object is in the list; Fixing a crash due
to removed material from the list; Fixing a crash on SAR display with
start at (0,0,0); Further improvements.
• FIDELITY engine: Improve the t-domain and f-domain convergence detection.
* IE3D and AGIF 12.22 (7/9/07):
• IE3D engine: Fixing a problem occurs when Localized for MMIC and Auto
Run-Time Thickness are used together.
• IE3D engine and MGRID: Introduce an option "No Pattern Beyond Walls"
for the different cases of using enclosure walls for pattern calculation.
