一.   会议概要. R_J=x

无线通信技术的发展和移动服务的普及已使得智能环境中的人们实现相互沟通，信息处理设备的互动，并通过各种无处不在。无时不在的网络和系统获得广泛的移动无线服务。第一届无限通信和应用国际会议（ICWCA 2011）将于２０１１年８月１-３日在海南三亚主办，由ＩＣＳＴ　和海南大学主办。目的是为来自学术界以及其它业界的研究人员提供一个论坛，交流观点以及他们在所有无线网络方面的最新研究成果。

The advances in wireless communication technologies and the proliferation of mobile devices have enabled the realization of intelligent environments for people to communicate with each other, interact with information-processing devices, and receive a wide range of mobile wireless services through various types of networks and systems everywhere, anytime. The aim of the annual International Conference on Wireless Communications and Applications (ICWCA 2011) is to provide a forum that brings together researchers from academia as well as practitioners from industry to meet and exchange ideas and recent research work on all aspects of wireless communication networks.
