On November 13-15，the 2009 International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP 2009) was held in Nanjing. It’s the first WCSP conference, authorized by IEEE Communication Society and jointly organized by PLA University of Science and Southeast University. It is chaired by chief of Prof. Yafei Zhang from PLA Univ. of Sci. and Prof. Xiaohu You from Southeast Univ. MOIMW+n

The conference received 1023 papers from 32 countries and regions like the United States, Russia, Germany, and Japan etc. After strict review by 104 international reviewers, 366 papers have been admitted. About 310 representatives exchanged and shared their experiences, new ideas and results in challenges encountered and solutions adopted on the field of wireless communications and signal processing, the WCSP 2009 achieved the great success, and this year, for the WCSP 2010, our organizing committee will make persistent efforts to build the international academic platform again, for the worldwide leading researchers, scientists, engineers and scholar students, at the end wish the WCSP 2010 a complete success. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed in EI(Compendex). WNo<0|X
