Possible reason 1: the mesh lines are not sufficient enough to distinguish the waveguide port and other metal object. Try to increase the mesh density.

Possible reason 2: the objects near waveguide port are overlapping for some reason, especially when you've imported the model from other CAD software.

Thank you! I have already solved my problem.Some objects overlaped my port,and my transport feed_line is too short.Thank you ,especially hefang!
