[天线]A New Method to Analyze Micromachining Aperture

[IAbstract] After a cavity has been etched in a substrate of high dieleclric J2rw4L  
constant by micro-mechanic technology, the radiation efficiency of V`F]L^m=L  
micromachining microstrip antennas, which have the similar structure as C%hMh/Li;  
aperture-couplcd microstrip antennas (APA), has been greatly improved. Some nE_g^  
numerical techniques including MOM are not easy to use in the design of wR)U&da`@  
micromachined microstrip antennas because of their needs for more calculating TQXp9juK  
time. A method combining the transmission-line modal of microstrip antennas ;?-A4!V,
 
and the calculation of effective dielectric constant has been presented here, A~MAaw!YE  
which is used to calculate the input impedance of micromachined microstrip -4 ~(*  
antennas. Comparison between our results and others has proven the efficiency i98>=y~
