Abstract: This paper presents a novel method to calculated harmonic {gD ED  
currents on both dc and ac sides in a three-phue bridge rectifier operating i?T-6

under pre-existing voltage distortion. In the proposed method, which takes f;E#CjlTL  
account of the ac side reactances and harmonic voltages already existing in |MNSIb&,W  
ac network, the calculating equations of harmonic currents of both ac and dc rto?*^N?  
sides are derived. Some practical rectifier circuits are calculated, and the VDxm|7
