This article is a stu& of composed moferials. specz$c to multilayered PCBs, in particular of the multilayered sfructure: conductingpofh - dielectric loyer - conductingplone. 7hese dielectric-conductor sfructures have been studied wifh microwave simulafion methook, in thefrequency range I-IOGHz, using o specijc simulation progrom, HFFS, The electricalpermiffivities were obtained for electricfield orientationporallel and transverse to the main geomefricol axis. The geomehy and composition influence on the electricalproperties of the moterial were studied. The geometrical ondphysical resonances are found and fhepossibilities of ovoiding them

by controlling fhe macroscopic material structure are discussed. Thefrequency dependence of thepermiffivifies shows fhat, the greater thefrequencyfield, the smaller is the substance's response to the externalfield.
