[EMC]Introduction to the EMC Education and Activities in Taiwan

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to summarize
the current status of EMC educational and
lab activities in Taiwan. In recent years,
EMC technology and technological
development have become extremely
popular study areas in Taiwan and in the
meantime, pushed more & more products
produced by Taiwan electronic industries to
meet worldwide EMC standards such as the
CE, FCC, VCCI, BCIQ, and C-Tick
requirements. In this paper, we intend to
offer to the public a brief but clear picture on
the intensive EMC training and academic
research activities have been organized and
complete3 by the National Bureau of
Standards, Bureau of Commodity Inspection
and Quarantion (BCIQ) of Minister of
Economic Affairs, the IEEE EMC chapter,
the EMC laboratories at ERSO/ITRI
(Electronic Research and Service
Organization, Industrial Technology
Research Institute), National Chao-Tung
