[仿真]Microwave Devices Simulation with Ansoft HFSS

Abstract: Some microwave passive devices for applications in PtT=HvP!k  
microwave moisture content measurement, including B5Y 3GWhrx  
waveguide absorption type variable attenuator, optimum H xVn"xk  
surface horn antenna, optimum pyramidal horn antenna, were >uN)O-  
simulated by Ansoft’s HFSS. Certain targets have been U*sQYt<?g  
achieved, and it is a new attempt to apply the microwave EgT2a  
simulation technology to instructing practice. The dielectric %8a88
6;2  
slab painted absorbing material (graphite powder) method or 8NRc+@f|m  
both sides of it inflicted resistance boundary condition method &58+-jzW  
was separately used for the attenuator models. The latter 3j iSvrfI  
method may achieve the big attenuation and satisfy the need of SuU_psF  
microwave moisture content measurement according to the q`8M9-~  
simulation results. Optimum gain H surface horn antenna and vS{zLXg  
pyramidal horn antenna with E and H 3dB lobe width equal *>a+`|[1*  
were designed. The pyramidal horn antenna is better, which l].Gz`L
 
can obtain good antenna pattern, big gain and small VSWR |3A/Og  
according to the simulation results; therefore, it has .. 5 UQbd8
