ABSTRACT: A transverse electromagnetic (TEM) horn antenna is designed &556;l  
and realized using exponentially tapered conductor flares for NyGF57v[M  
wireless communications. This exponentially tapered structure of the q5`Gl  
flares decreases the impedance mismatching a lot and reduces the size }??q{B@v  
and cost of the TEM horn. The VSWR of the antenna is less than 2 in Y>z(F\  
the frequency band of 74.4 MHz to 1.19 GHz, and its gain is more than hR?rZUl2M  
8.3 dBi over 200 MHz. Those performances show that the designed |Rl|Th
