Abstract—This letter describes a direct-sequence spread-spectrum IHl q27O  
superregenerative receiver operating at 2.4 GHz and using Y`|+sND  
a simple PN code synchronization loop. The receiver minimizes ISbs l=F  
overall complexity by using a single signal processing path for data J-F".6i5  
detection and PN code synchronization. An analytical description 0lfK} a  
of the loop dynamics is presented, and the conditions for optimum sHP-@  
performance are examined. Experimental results confirm the receiver’s `Lf'/q  
ability to perform acquisition and tracking, achieving a >ZgzE  
sensitivity of 97 dBm and an input dynamic range of 45 dB. The ggr
